What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original purchase date. Batteries are covered for 12 months or 300 cycles, whichever comes first.

What is not

Accidental damage, liquid, missing keys from drops, and third-party modifications. Accidental-damage upgrades for business fleets are available — ask when you enquire.

How to start a claim

Have the serial (underside of the chassis) ready. Contact us and we will issue an RMA. Do not ship a machine until you have that number.
