Design for years, not seasons
We keep a tight catalog so parts stay available. Batteries, SSDs, and keycaps are stocked beyond the warranty window. Recycled aluminum in the StudioPro lid. Molded pulp instead of plastic trays.
Trade-in is on the roadmap. Until then, we refurbish returns and sell them as certified open-box through support — never silently as new.
