How do I find drivers?
Open Support on the machine, or download the latest NVIDIA Studio / Game Ready driver from the NVIDIA site. We ship current drivers; a first-run update is still recommended.
Can I upgrade memory or storage?
ProBoost 16, GameMax 17, and StudioPro 15 have a user-accessible SSD bay. ProThin X1 memory is soldered; storage is replaceable by a technician. Desktop PCs are fully upgradable.
What is the battery like in the real world?
ProThin X1 is the all-day machine (up to 18 hours of light work). GameMax 17 is a plug-in performer — plan on a charger for long gaming sessions.
